Who I am

Osteopathy, for me, is not just a profession, it is a calling. It is a mindset, a way of life, a passion for giving, focused around helping others.

Being into sports from a young age, sparked a strong interest in understanding the structure and function of the human body. This led me to pursue studies related to physical therapy. During my journey, I discovered osteopathy — an approach that resonated with me on a deeper level and ultimately changed my life.

In 2016, I moved from Greece to the United Kingdom to study at Swansea University. Four years later, I completed my Master’s degree in Osteopathy. I then practiced my professional development in London, where I spent the next four years specializing in Pediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children, a leading charitable clinic. During this time, I gained valuable clinical experience, treating a wide range of pediatric conditions and working with infants and children of all ages.

Professional experience

During this period, I worked as an osteopath in four different clinics across London, including KUU London, Nunhead Osteopathy Practice, Finding Health Clinic, and Bodytonic Clinic. At the same time, I began my postgraduate training in Cranial Osteopathy, further expanding my expertise in gentle, hands-on treatment techniques. In 2024, driven by a commitment to continuous professional development, I completed a certified course in medical acupuncture at the British Medical Acupuncture Society. I also began further postgraduate studies in visceral osteopathy, enhancing my ability to treat internal organ-related dysfunctions through a holistic approach.

In 2025, urged by a deep desire to reconnect with the sea and sunlight of my childhood, I returned to Greece. I now live and practice in my home country as a member of the Panhellenic Association of Osteopaths, happily witnessing a growing awareness and appreciation of osteopathy and its contribution to overall health and well-being.

How I work

I approach each individual and every symptom as part of a whole. I work with the musculoskeletal, lymphatic, neurological, visceral, and nervous systems (sympathetic and parasympathetic), using gentle, hands-on techniques to listen to the body and support its natural self-healing mechanisms. Through precise and non-invasive movements, I help release chronic conditions, injuries, physical tension, and restrictions, allowing the body to restore balance. Each session is different and may include a combination of techniques such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilization, and osteopathic adjustments. I also integrate cranial osteopathy, visceral osteopathy, and medical acupuncture, alongside exercise programs and practical lifestyle guidance. Osteopathy works together with other medical disciplines so, when necessary, I refer patients to the appropriate healthcare professional.

I have the right training, experience and tools to support people of all ages — from infants and children to adults and the elderly—including athletes, pregnant women, and individuals with chronic conditions or recent injuries.

Pediatric osteopathy is an area of particular interest for me. Supporting babies and parents allows for a smoother, more comfortable experience, reducing tension, discomfort, and common early-life challenges.

An educated touch is the key to both diagnosis and techniques.
